Curtain-rods.-Relates to a curtain-rod for use in embrasures with parallel walls, of the type provided with spikes or rubber ends for the purpose of engaging the walls by the action of a spring contained within the rod, and consists in providing an L-shaped bayonet-slot f engaging with a screw g, whereby the spring-pressed ends a, d of the curtain-rod are held retracted until inserted in position.
