Nitroamino-, and nitroacetylamino-phenylarsonic acids.-Nitroaminophenylarsonic acid (AsO3H2:NO2:NH,=1:2:4) is obtained by treating nitroacidylaminophenylarsonic acids with acid or alkaline saponifying-agents. The nitroacetylaminophenylarsonic acid may be prepared by treating diazotized acetylnitro-pphenylenediamine with arsenious acid in acid solution, and the mass may be then saponified by heating.
