Clip, ring, and like brackets.-A curtain-pole bracket has the pole support c of U-section, pivoted at d to a flange a<1> on the base-plate a, whereby the pole-support c may be swung from underneath a cap e fixed to the base-plate a for inserting or removing the pole. A spring f holds the pole-support c in position, and the end c<2> of the support acts as a stop. A screwed boss g on the flange a<1> of the base-plate a may carry an ornamental end h in alinement with the pole. This hinged pole support may be used in combination with a single or double hinged support of circular section, Fig. 6, provided with springs i to turn the supports outwards.
