Abstract

Covers for exposed seats.-A portable seat-cover comprises a waterproof sheet which can be folded and enclosed in a leather or other case, the whole being adapted to fold up so as to resemble a wristbag or the like. The case a is arranged to fold in four, and when folded can be carried by the handles b. Folded within this case a, and preferably attached thereto, is a waterproof sheet c, which can be opened out as in Fig. 3 to form a seat-cover, padding being inserted, if desired, between the sheet and its case. Fig. 5 shows a modification, in which the case can fold in two, and which is provided with a strap f to hold a book, a loop h to hold a pencil, and a pocket g to receive the folded seat-cover. Instead of providing handles b, the case may be fastened by a tab on one side of the case engaging a loop on the other side.
