The Specification as open to inspection under Section 91 (3) (a) states that it may be of coaldust or powdered. charcoal, which may surround a carbon or metal tube or rod. This subjectmatter does not appear in the Specification as accepted. Specification 5314/07, [Class 2, Acids, and salts, Organic, &c.], is referred to.
