Weapons combined with appliances other than small-arms.-Relates to wire-cutters, especially intended for use on bayonets, of the kind comprising two eccentrically-pivoted arms which are operated by the pressure of the wire, and consists in forming the pivots as two disks k, i made in one piece and secured to the base-plate by two studs b<2>, i<1>. A spring r acting on a projection q on the boss of one of the arms prevents the arms from turning too easily. Specification 23,147/10 is referred to.
