Cutters.-Relates to wire-cutters attached to rifles, and consists in forming the cutter of a fixed blade 10 secured to the gun by a band, a movable blade 8 pivoted thereto, a handle or operating-lever 1 pivoted at the front 2 to the forestock and extending backwards to the side of the breech action, and a rod 5 connecting the movable blade 8 and the lever 1.
