Abstract

16,633. Dressler, F. July 19. Sleepers, composite, and securing rails thereto.-Concrete sleepers are reinforced by two lateral and one median channelirons 2, the concrete above them being recessed at each end for the rails. These are secured by an external clamp and an internal wedge clamp 7 having corrugations on top engaged by a corrugated cover 9 ; this cover is secured by bolts passing through slots in the clamp 7 and embedded in the concrete.
