The chamber may be formed of separate telescopic sections H, H<1>, relatively adjustable by a screw O etc.; or the sections may be supported from the drum axle L by wings S adjustable by worm gearing U. Alternatively, the chamber I may be formed with an upper concentric, and a lower converging portion; or vice versa.
