Tobacco pipes.-In a tobacco pipe, the interior surfaces of the chamber 3 and passage 4 are permanently covered by an impervious lining 6 of non-corroding metal, such as aluminium, or other material. A re-entrant nipple 5 is provided which is united by a flange joint 9 to the lining of the passage 4.
