[Addition to 3327/10.] Seats combined with tables.-In a table of the kind described in the parent Specification, having adjustable clips for securing it to the arms of an easy chair, the clips are held in adjusted position by toothed racks and detents. The clips bare pivoted to members d sliding in guides e under the tables a. The detents h are secured to the table, while the racks g are carried by the members d and cau be turned by thumb-pieces j against the action of springs k to release them from the detents. The clips b are automatically folded by the action of cam-pieces m on extensions n. The table may have hinged extensions o, and may be fitted with a bookrest of the kind described in Specification 501/11, [Class 52 (iii), Tables &c.].
