Abstract
29,783. Lambert, G. B. Dec. 22. Detachable-rim attachments to wheels. -The detachable rim 15 is adjusted transversely and secured upon the binding-tyre 13 by the operation of the bolt 27, which engages a screwed socket 29 sunk in the felloe 12. Wedge seatings 16 are fitted around part of the circumference of the ring 13, and around the complementary part of the rim 15 are secured wedges 21. One of these is formed with a slotted lug 41, which engages between the head 35 and a shoulder 34 on the bolt 27. After unscrewing the bolt, the rim 15 can be swung on the seatings 16 until it is clear of the wheel.
