Jackets and covers.-Relates to tyres of the type described in Specifications 23,724/06 and 29,635/09 in which a continuous air-tube is fitted within a segmental cover. The invention consists in providing a continuous liner 5, of rubbered canvas &c. lapped under the tread as shown. The liner may be formed with shaped projections 8 fitting between the cover segments, or these segments may be formed with lapped joints.
