Abstract

Zeroizing-mechanism.-In a time-recorder for workmen, in which the total time for each workman is registered on a counter which is driven by a friction drum during working time, the counter wheels are weighted so as to rest free at zero, but are held as driven by pinions carried in a spring-pressed frame 72. The counters are released for zeroizing by manually-operated spindles 78, 81 carrying arms to rock the frames.
