Jib cranes.-Comprises a crane having two jibs which can be slued separately about independent pivots to handle different loads, or together about a common axis to deal with a single load. The main post or pillar a of the crane is capable of being rotated on its axis by cylinders b. On the pillar are mounted two posts c carrying jibs d and luffing-cylinders e. The posts can be slued independently by pairs of cylinders f. The hoisting-ropes pass down through the posts c, and are operated by independent cylinders g, shown in broken lines.
