Water, distilling; evaporators and condensers in structural combination.-In apparatus for distilling water or other liquids in which sterilized air or other fluid is introduced to the vapour in the condenser so as to aerate the distillate as it condenses, air is sterilized by passing through a pipe b which is coiled in the boiler a and bent upwards to the part c in the condenser f. A non-return valve may be fitted to the part c.
