Swivelling handles.-In toothbrushes in which an arched head is detachably pivoted to a handle, the pivot is formed as an attachment between the handle and a device to be attached to the brush-head. Also the cranked and tapered metal stem b, preferably screwed to the metal grip-portion f, is provided with a sleeve i of rubber, dermatine, or the like, to prevent damage to the teeth. The boss h of the stem b supports the rivet c having a flange at the bottom carrying a plate d which is sesured by screws to the brush-head a, being sunk or partly sunk therein. To attach a new brush-head, the screws are removed.
