Springs, arrangement of and mounting bodies and undercarriages on; guiding vertical play. -In motor vehicles in which the swivelling-axle ends are pivoted to the ends of a dead axle d which is connected to the frame by a longitudinal pivot c, as shown in plan in Fig. 3, the axle is connected to a V-shaped frame j, the apex of which is connected to the frame by a pivot k, and springs are provided which allow vertical movement of the axle ends relatively to the dead axle.
