[Cognate Application, 1029/10.] Incandescent gas burners. - In an inverted incandescent gas lamp the gas-supply pipe d and the mixing-tubes b are surrounded by cold-air chambers h, a respectively. The chambers a are supplied by pipes o, and the chamber h by pipes p. The tops of the chambers a may communicate with the chamber h, which is provided with a non-conducting lining l.
