Cleaning internally, rotary appliances for.-The apparatus comprises a central shaft 1, radial arms 4 pivoted to the radial frames 2 on the shaft 1, and rotary steel cutters 6 on spindles 5 parallel with the central shaft. These cutters are thrown outwardly by centrifugal force, and the foremost cutters 8 are of truncated cone form. The pivoted arms 4 can oscillate freely upon the rods 3 relatively to the central shaft 1.
