Foot and kneeling stools. - A foldable kneeling- stool for use in places of worship &c. comprises a bearing-member a pivoted to two angle-brackets d secured to the floor by horizontal parts e. Folding legs g are pivoted to the opposite extremity of the member a and are adapted to be drawn inwards by a link h when the member a is raised, this movement being limited by stops i. The horizontal parts e may be dispensed with, the vertical parts of the brackets d being secured to vertical supports.
