10,315. Rutter, G. April 30. Window blinds.- The hinged side arms or supports of an outside or sun blind Hare made in two or more telescopic parts A, B, which permit the blind to be drawn up close to the roller I, to cover t h e upper part only of the window, to be held at an angle as shown, or to be let down close to the window at its full length. The blind is attached to a board G secured to lugs F at the ends of the side arms, and is operated by a cord J passing preferably to the interior of the shop &c. and held by a cleat L.
