Incandescent gas burners.-In order to heat the internal air supply of an inverted burner the air is admitted through holes B at the top of a casing A of circular cross-section, and then passes downwards between the casing and a cylinder C to near the point of combustion, and then upwards between the cylinder and the burner tube to the air inlets H of the burner. The air-regulator is operated by a milled nut.
