Felloes or rims.-One of the parts of a divisible rim is formed with a ledge F, Fig. 1, to take a watertight washer D, and the two parts are secured by the heads E<1> of screwed bolts engaging slots E<2> in a depending flange on lugs on the fixed part. The slots may be of the form shown at G, G' in Fig. 7, and the washer is a band of rubber or the like and may be endless. Figs. 9, 10, and 11 show detachable flanges formed with a strengthening- rib H.
