Abstract
16,812. Reidinger, E. R., and Fraser, A. July 21. Detachable-rim attachments to wheels.-A metal rim E, supported by a pneumatic tube C enclosed by two elastic covers D with beaded edges is fitted with a detachable clincher rim G carrying a solid rubber tyre F. The rim G is secured between two side flanges P<1>, P<2>, drawn together by transverse bolts passing through-the space 0 between the two rims. As shown, the flange P<1> may be secured permanently to the rim E.
