Abstract

21,956. Jancey, L. Oct. 17, 1907, [date applied for under Section 91 of Patents &c. Act, 1907]. Lip guards.-These are formed and stored as disks a, Fig. 1, of flexible material, such as tin-foil, adapted to be folded for use over the edge of drinking-vessels as shown in Fig. 4. The Specification in the original form, as open to inspection under Section 91 (3) (a), comprises also a shaped guard which clips on to the edge of the vessel. A second folding form is made elliptical but has two peripheral notches at the ends of its major axis, along which it is weakened to facilitate folding. This subject-matter does not appear in the Complete Specification as accepted.
