Abstract
11,613. Evans, R. May 28. Belts, garters, &c., for. the treatment of cramp, rheumatism, &c., have a lining of cork c which has been steeped in a mixture of sulphur and methylated spirit and then covered with dry flowers of sulphur. The lining is preferably in layers, and is secured by antiseptic adhesive. The adhesion of the sulphur to the cork may be facilitated by mixing the methylated spirit and sulphur in strong malted liquor.
