Abstract
3366. La NeziÞre, G. de. June 8, 1907, [date applied for under Section 91 of Patents &c. Act, 1907]. India-rubber, vulcanizing. - A vulcanizing - apparatus comprises a number of removable hollow heating beds or tables b of various shapes and sizes fitting into pipes f, which communicate directly with an inclined steam-pipe g fed from a boiler or other source of heat; pressing-devices are arranged above the tables, as shown in Fig. 1. In the form shown, the supply of heat is obtained from a high-pressure steam supply in a pipe k which communicates with the pipe g through a pressure-regulating device i. Valves e are fitted in the pipes f. The pipe g is provided with a steam trap l. Specification No. 25,115, A.D. 1904, is referred to.
