Carburetting. - In filling receivers with carburetted air for transport, a carburettor is inserted in the compressed-air conduit leading to the transport receivers, the carburettor being filled with that quantity of the carburetting-agent required for the charge of each receiver, and preferably so arranged that any liquid not carried along by the compressed air flows to the receiver. To assist the carburetting process, the carburettor may be heated.
