Abstract
6252. Daw, P., and Daw, A. C. March 15. Chair keys and wedges; chairs.-Keys are secured and tightened by a bolt D passing through a lug c<2> on the key and the key jaw a<2> of the chair. The key and key jaw are tapered similarly, and the fishing face of the key may have wood or composition attached by screws, rivets, or the like. The bolt D may screw into the chair jaw or may pass through and have lock-nuts E. The key bears against the top fishing angle of the rail to give better support.
