952. Juhler, J. M. April 10, 1906, [date applied for under Patents Act, 1901]. Lubricating stuffing-boxes. A stuffing-box is provided with a lubricating-ring 11 having both its inner and its outer periphery grooved. Lubricant is supplied to the outer groove through pipes 13, and passes through perforations in the ring to the inner groove.
