Abstract

26,805. Hall, H. F. Nov. 26. Egg-boilers; eggtamers. - An e g gboiler comprises a water tank A in the upper part of which rests a removable wire-cage eggholder S, the bottom of the latter reaching to the level at which a timing- valve I communicates with the interior of the tank; the flow of water from the latter through the outlet O of the valve into a drain-pipe P is regulated by a lever J, according to its position on the dial L. This lever can be moved round the dial to any required position, operating at the same time, by means of a forked lever G, a valve F which controls the flow of cold water into the tank through the pipe E. The tank has a heating-pipe at the bottom, and is provided with an overflow pipe R in communication with the drain-pipe P.
