Felloes or rims.-A detachable rim 2, holding a pneumatic or other tyre, is held against the flange 7 on the fixed rim of the wheel by a ring 11 having inwardly projecting pieces 10 which are passed laterally through corresponding gaps in the rim to engage in grooves 12 by rotation of the ring. To ensure rigid connexion between the detachable and fixed rims, wedges or keys 8 held in position by springs 4 engage in oppositely-placed recesses in the rims. More than one detachable rim may be used in the case of multiple tyres.
