Mangling-machines.-For returning the work to the operating side of the mangle, a sloping table 2 curved at its upper part is arranged under the rollers 4, 5 which are disposed in an inclined plane as shown. To allow the lower roller 5 to give, its axle 6 is supported by springs 18 controlled by thumb-screws 19. The mangle rollers are supported between standards 3 which may be screwed to a wall or to a movable frame. Specifications Nos. 20,164 and 25,860, A.D. 1898, are referred to.
