10,616. Prudent, J. May 7. Fastenings, spring - catch, for tail-boards of vehicles and the like. A plate C, Fig. 1, fixed to the tail-board, has a socket through which passes a recessed stud D on the side of the vehicle. A spring catch H, screwed to a flange on the plate O, takes into the recess on the stud D, thus holding the tail-board in position. A turned-over flange F, Fig. 2, on the plate C forms a guard for the spring catch H.
