Incandescent gas burners. - The cylindrical upper part 19 of the mixing-tube is provided with a cap 23, the conical top of which is provided with inclined and vertical passages 22, 21. A dish-shaped gauze is secured to the burner by a screw 27 which closes the lower end of the hole in the cap in which the mantle rod rests. The split gas nipple, preferably formed with a central hole, is regulated by a a screwed sleeve 14, the rotation of f which can be regulated by a set-screw 12 in its milled flange engaging a stop on the nozzle.
