A ring 3, Figs. 1 and 2, is connected to the similarly shaped flange 2 of the base by leather, pegamoid, or other flexible material 14 and by arms consisting of parts 5, 6 connected by a knuckle-joint 7. When extended, the arms are prevented from folding by tubes 12 supported by pins 13. The lid encloses the box when collapsed.
