Folding boxes; cardboard boxes; corner clips and pieces.-The lids and bodies of cardboard boxes are made of tapered form, so that they can be nested separately for convenience in storing &c., and their sides are connected by corner pieces or tongues. The box body may be rigid and made from a blank of the form shown in Fig. 2<a>, the setup box being of the form shown in Fig. 2; or a folding box body of ordinary type may be employed. The upper portion of the body sides are cut so as to accommodate a taper lid of the form shown at J<1>, Fig. 6; this lid in some cases is attached to the body portion. The sides of the rigid boxes may be connected by wire stitching or other suitable means.
