Abstract
18,662. Bassinger, W. H., and Lang, 0. J. Aug. 29. Envelopes.-An envelope, with which is combined a business card and a bill form, consists of a body portion a to which are attached an extension b, two side flaps c, and a sealing-flap d. The part a foims a business card and on it the address of the customer is written. The extension b is folded into three parts at dotted or folding lines f, f<2>, the two lower parts g<2>, g<3> being slightly narrower than the part g. The upper part g forms a business card and the lower parts are ruled as a bill form. The flap d is provided with a perforated gummed strip d<3> which is secured to the back of the part g when the envelope is folded. The envelope is opened by inserting a cutter in a hole i in one of the flaps c and passing it round the edge so as to sever the parts c, d.
