Rotary cylindrical gas valves.- At the lower end of a gas-supply pipe is a member M extending below an apertured diaphragm N which serves as the valve seat, and having a series of apertures in various places, to which are connected branches P, Q, R, each supplying gas to a burner. Sliding within the member is a valve comprising a plunger S having a stem which screws into the lower end of a receptacle U in which collects the dirt coming down the pipe with the gas. A hand-wheel actuates this valve, which regulates the gas supply.
