10,147. Levett, A. June 1. Food preparations; jellies, table and like.-A composition for use as a food product consists of a mixture of sugar, gelatine, and citric acid with a flavouring oil or essence such as lemon, orange, raspberry, strawberry, cherry, &c., and with a vegetable colouring matter. The ingredients are heated and stirred until they form a dry powder, which can be packed in boxes &c. When used, the powder is formed into a jelly, paste, or soup by stirring with hot water.
