15,820. Legg, J. H. Aug. 2. Strap fastenings. - Relates to a method of fastening leggings and gaiters. The legging is made with overlapping edges, and eyelets are inserted either in strips attached to the overlapping parts or in the overlapping parts themselves. A strap 7 is attached to the legging, either at the top or at the bottom, and i s passed upwards or downwards alternately through the eyelets in the opposite strips or edges. The free end of the strap is passed through an eyelet 10, and is then either passed round the legging and fastened to a buckle 9, or is directly attached to another strap which has been passed round the legging.
