Abstract

26,393. Stadt, T. C. van de. Dec. 13. Soldering and brazing aluminium to aluminium or other metals. The surface to be soldered is first treated with a solder composed of 5 parts of aluminium and 95 parts of zinc, and the surfaces thus treated are soldered together in the usual way, with solder consisting of 2 parts of tin and 1 part of lead.
