Abstract
1065. Beason, J. Jan. 14. Refrigerators.-A tank C, larger at the top than at the bottom, fits against the sides and end of the insulated chamber. Freezing-mixture is placed on a false bottom d, and an outlet tap and gauge for the liquid are provided. A tray h contains absorbent material. Air circulates through a covered passage on this tray and the passages i, k, l as shown by the arrows. Compressed or solid carbonic acid may be placed in part of the passage l or in the tank c. Doors f and m are provided for introducing the cooling-agents.
