A form of trellis is made by winding a piece of thinner wire 5 backwards and forwards on the standard as shown. Hooks 6 may be bent in the wire 5 where it is fixed to the standa-rd. Pieces of rafia are wound round the stem of the plants and are secured without tying in the hooks 6.
