Abstract

Flower pots are stabilised by opposed struts which clip onto the pot and engage the ground at points spaced from the pot so as substantially to increase the ground area which supports the pot. Plastics coated wire struts (4) have an upper end which is inserted into the pot, this is turned over at (1) and has a double bend at (6) which engages under the shoulder of the rim of the pot. The lower strut portion is inclined away from the pot and engages the ground at (5). The struts may be doubled as at (2, 3) so that the free ends are in the pot and a curved part engages the ground.
