Four pairs of guidespokes f are secured to the outer ring, and pass through guides g either on the inner ring or on the rigid spokes d. The hub may be enlarged, and may have holes in which the guide-spokes f move freely. A rubber tyre of the cross-section shown in Fig. 6 may be employed.
