188,366. Evans, A. H., and Herbert, Ltd., E. G. July 9, 1921. Saws.-The teeth of metal-cutting saws such as hack or band saws are given a set which extends to a point q, which is well beyond the roots of the teeth, by forming ridges c in the metal on each side of the blade alternately. The blade can thus be reground to a greater depth before requiring resetting. The invention may be applied to a saw having every third tooth unset.
