Wire cords.-A length of wire A, or a strand or a cable, is wrapped helically with a second wire B in which are formed at intervals loops, which are twisted so as to form the loops into rings C. Each loop may be cut to form two hooks or clips. The device, which may be stretched without deformation, may be used for fencing or for holding sticks or plants in position.
