287,773. Angel, G. Aug. 17, 1927. Wire strainers.-Fencing wires e are strained by a tool comprising a bar a through which passes a bar b having at one end a hook c by which the tool is suspended from the wire. Upon rotation of the tool the wire is coiled on to one of the limbs of the bar a and the strainer is secured by the engagement with the wire of a hook d carried by the other end of the bar b.
